When singer Britney Spears got married, her ex-husband Jason Alexander tried to enter the wedding. Alexander was detained on the grounds of the call recording.
Singer Britney Spears married Sam Asghari on Thursday. Spears’ ex-wife, Jason Alexander, whose marriage lasted 55 hours, also tried to enter. Alexander shared the moments he tried to enter the wedding by opening a live broadcast from his social media account.
In the video of the incident shared by TMZ and posted on Jason Alexander’s Instagram, Alexander said that he had approached the security guards to disrupt the ceremony. Then he shouted to the security guards who tried to stop him, “She is my wife, my only wife”.
Alexander, who was not allowed to attend the wedding, was detained because he had a search record in another region.
‘BRITNEY IS SAFE’
Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, told USA TODAY, “Jason Alexander was detained in handcuffs and arrested for his disgusting behavior. As it should be, I look forward to working closely with law enforcement to ensure the most comprehensive prosecution of the law. Fortunately, Britney is safe.”
